Depending on the event, the gallery delivery can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
For weddings, expect 3-4 weeks in turnaround time.
For grads, during busy season or holiday season, photos can take 1-2 weeks.
Otherwise, family portraits, headshots, and events take about 2-3 weeks.

Your final gallery will be online for one year from the day it’s delivered. You can download your photos as often as you like during that time. After a year, the gallery may be removed, so I recommend backing them up right away.

BOOKING:  For all regular sessions, no retainer is required until the date of the session. To confirm your booking, contact RWP through the Contact page and your booking will be confirmed through email within 24-48 hours. For weddings, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required upon signing the contract to book your date. This retainer will be applied to your total service fees.

PAYMENT:  All non-wedding session fees can be paid via cash, Venmo, or PayPal. The payment must be received by Rachel Weber Photography within 24 hours of the session completion. No photos will be delivered to the client until full payment from the individual or group is complete.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of session will be required to pay their full session fee as a cancellation fee. For weddings, the cancellation must happen 60 days prior to the event. If Rachel Weber Photography cannot complete the session due to cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract.

I like to keep it light, comfortable, and moving. I always bring a speaker to play your favorite music and make you feel the most yourself. I want to capture you, you + your person, or your family in their natural state, happy and maybe a little bit crazy.

Most portrait sessions last up to one hour, depending on the type and package you have selected.*

*Weddings are excluded from the one-hour time limit.
